Getting started

How do I get started with Stampi?

Message us on WhatsApp with your business name or Instagram and we'll build your page and your card. You download the Stampi app, sign in with Google, and your 30 free days begin.

Do I need to buy any hardware?

No. You stamp from your own phone with the Stampi app. The counter stamp and the key fobs are optional: they make stamping faster, but you don't need them.

How long does setup take?

Building your page and your card takes a few minutes. If you later want to change your reward, your stamps or your logo, you do it in the app in about five minutes.

What do you do with my Instagram account?

We only use your profile picture, your name and your public photos to build your page. We never post anything and never ask for your password. Stampi isn't affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

Does it work for my kind of business?

Yes, if your customers come back to buy again: coffee shops, bakeries, ice cream shops, barbershops, salons, vet clinics, restaurants and more. You choose how many stamps or points it takes and what the reward is.

How much does Stampi cost?

The first 30 days are free. After that there are two plans: Essential at US$ 9.99 a month and Pro at US$ 19.99 a month.

What's the difference between Essential and Pro?

Essential is for a single location: 3 cards, 1 branch, 2 team logins, one message a week and 3 coupons a month. Pro is for growing: 10 cards, 3 branches, 15 logins, one message a day, scheduled messages, 6 coupons a month, insights by branch and customer export.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. You start without one. When the 30 days are up, you decide whether to stay.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, whenever you like. No contract, no minimum term, and your customers keep the stamps they've already collected.

Do my customers pay anything?

No. Stampi is always free for your customers, whether they use the app or keep the card in their phone's wallet.

Your customers

Do my customers have to download an app?

No. They can save their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from your business page. The Stampi app is optional, for anyone who wants all their cards in one place.

Does it work with any phone?

Yes, iPhone and Android. If a phone can't take the stamp with a tap, you scan its QR code instead. And if the customer isn't at your shop, you can stamp their card remotely.

What happens if a customer gets a new phone?

Their stamps aren't lost: they live in their account. Once they sign in on the new phone, their card is right there.

Can people cheat with stamps or rewards?

No. The codes change every few seconds and only your team can confirm a redemption. Screenshots don't work.

Features

Can I send messages to my customers?

Yes. You write a message and choose who gets it: everyone, people who haven't been in for a week or a month, or people who never got a stamp. It lands on their phone's screen.

Can I create coupons and promotions?

Yes: buy one get one, a percentage or fixed discount, or a free item, with a start date, an end date and a limit. You share them with a link and redeem them with the camera.

Do you have points cards?

Yes. Besides stamps, you can create points cards: customers earn points on every purchase and choose their reward.

Does it work if I have several branches?

Yes. You run them all from one account, with your team and permissions per branch, and every action is logged under the name of whoever did it.
